Google Tools

Over the last few months I've been playing with Google's tools - my most recent addition being this (Blogger). What an amazing crowd, how does a company that started a search engine create so many other awesome products and are available to you and me for free? I think you'll agree that Google is the best search engine on the net - heck people say "have you Googled ..." instead of "have you searched the internet for ...".
I logged into my GMail this morning there was a new link on the top right (New! Gmail Tips) and I read how to become a GMail Ninja master and one thought came to me - "these guys are geniuses". I've now enabled some Lab features and am now wishing my work mail was a GMail account (Microsoft Exchange and Outlook sucks in comparison).
Being a developer I gave Google Web Toolkit a run - what an awesome framework in less than 15 minutes I had created their tutorial app and had it running on Google App Engine. I recently got a Google Wave account and that is also a mind blowing application and what blows my mind more than the concept is that it was created using GWT! I've never been one for developing pretty user interfaces, but now I have no excuse with GWT at my disposal... 
On my wish list is an Andriod powered phone, in particular the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10. Holding thumbs that it comes to South Africa, my contract is due for an upgrade in March and it's being released in the UK in Feb - so hoping it lands in SA around that time.
That's it for now got to go spen some quality time with the family before returning to Google...
